Entries now open for the 2013 Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron

The Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron Triathlon will take place on
2nd June 2013.
The event, situated within convenient travelling distance of
London and the South East, draws a huge crowd of
spectators and has proven extremely popular amongst
triathletes and the local community. The 2013 event will see
athletes take on a 1.9km river swim next to Blue House Farm Nature
Reserve, 90km cycle in the peaceful Essex countryside, and 18km run
around North Fambridge village. Free camping is available for
athletes along with a host of other benefits.
Over the past two years the event has grown into one of the "must
do" middle distance triathlons and prides itself on providing a
warm and welcoming astmosphere with excellent support. Judging
by the excellent reviews the event has received
organisers fully expect to sell out in 2013.
