Summer training advice from Ironman Mark Bayliss
Created On: 22 June 2012
It's starting to feel like summer, the jumpers are making their
way to the back of the wardrobe and our more revealing outfits are
coming out, which means we want to look as toned and fit as
possible.
But if you're looking for a summer fitness training plan that
doesn't involve pounding the treadmill indoors in a gym, why not
head for the great outdoors, get to know your local natural
habitat, and save yourself some extra cash while you're at it?
Recent research commissioned by Foster Grant Ironman sunglasses
shows that 33% of Brits admit waiting for gym equipment is their
biggest bugbear and almost a quarter of us don't even like the
music our gym plays!
Mark Bayliss, who has teamed up with Foster Grant Ironman
Sunglasses, has competed in Ironman challenges and is currently
training for the upcoming Enduroman Arch to Arc challenge.
Watch our video where Mark shows us how we can take our fitness
into our own hands, without having to wait for gym equipment or
listen to bad tunes, all whilst enjoying the sunshine in the great
outdoors.
