Women's triathlon clothing company Trigirl is excited
to announce its Novice Training Day series dates for 2012. In
keeping with its mission to support and encourage women in
triathlon, Trigirl is once again offering its popular
training series designed to prepare participants with everything
they need to complete a triathlon or to take their triathlon skills
to the next level.

This year, in order to inspire and motivate even more women,
Trigirl is offering a chance for one lucky woman to win a free
Training Day, in exchange for sharing their inspirational
story.

What do the training days
include?
Trigirl's women-only training
days cover all three triathlon disciplines as well as transitions.
They include indoor swimming sessions, bike fitting and handling,
running technique, race tips, training advice, and much more. The
goal is to develop your skills, build your confidence, answer all
your questions and prepare you for your first triathlon event - and
if this is not your first time we will provide you with tips and
advice to help you achieve more in your next event. The cost for a
full day of professional coaching in a small group ranges from
£68-80 based on the venue.
