Win a year long supply of High5 to fuel your Outlaw Triathlon dreams

Enter the Outlaw Triathlon before the end of October and you
could win enough High5 nutrition to get you through all your
training for the challenge of completing a 3800m swim, 112mile bike
ride and 26.2mile run in Nottingham on 1 July 2012.
The third Outlaw Triathlon promises to be the biggest and best yet,
with half of the 1000 entries having already been booked or
committed since entries opened in August. Athletes have been
attracted by the fast, accurately measured course and incredible
crowd support that has helped hundreds become Outlaws.
Outlaw partners, High5, are now offering one lucky entrant the unique opportunity to win all the sports nutrition you'll need in order to fuel your training for the Outlaw. All you need to do is ensure that your name is on the start list by 31 October.
Raph Deinhart from High5 commented: "High5 nutrition is perfect for long-distance triathlon training. EnergySource 4:1 is the world's leading all-in-one training and recovery drink. It contains 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part whey protein isolate combined with all key electrolytes. Research shows that a carbohydrate/protein combination can reduce muscle damage during exercise and increase post exercise muscle synthesis when compared to a carbohydrate only drink. Less muscle damage during exercise and more rapid recovery afterwards leads to stronger more resilient muscle, lower risk of injury and more rapid fitness gains.
"For improved race performance High5 EnergySource contains a new
2:1 fructose formulation for 40% greater energy delivery and it's
easy on the stomach and with all key electrolytes it supplies
fluids fast. You can find advice on the optimum race nutrition
strategy and how to race faster and further on our website www.highfive.co.uk "
High5 products (Energy Source and mixed flavoured gels, including
caffeine gels) will be the on course nutrition during the Outlaw,
so it is a wise move to get used to the products that you will have
access to free of charge on race day.
Retail partners, Total Fitness Nottingham, stock a full range of
High5 products, including drinks, gels, bars and joint protection.

The Outlaw takes place at the National Water Sports Centre in
Nottingham. Entries are currently priced £225* for individual
entries and £250 for relay teams, making it the most competitively
priced long-distance event in the UK. The venue also has ample
camping and the organisers will make discounted hotel bookings
available in the new year. Anyone who is already entered into the
Outlaw will automatically be entered into this competition.
*The individual entry price will increase to £245 on 1 November. It
will not increase again.
