If tackling a triathlon takes your fancy, why not 'tri' some free training tips from the top?

Omar Gonzalez, who coaches 2010 ITU World Champion Javier Gomez, and Roland Knoll, coach to Jan Frodeno (Olympic Champion 2008), have combined their skills to bring you several training programmes to suit all levels of athletes - from absolute beginners through to experienced triathletes looking for a new PB, and plenty more in between!
