For those looking to improve their swim stroke power and technique, the innovative new ErgoFlex hand paddle from Aqua Sphere has radically redesigned the traditional swimming paddle to deliver greater resistance whilst maintaining flexibility and feel for the water. 

The contoured design uses clever interconnected 'bones' which mimic the skeleton of the hand to ensure the best ever hand position with greater flex to emphasise individual stroke mechanics. 

The rubber frame ensure the paddle is safe for use near other swimmers and the wide adjustable hand strap allows for an easy custom fit and can be removed for finger only use.
